The Fates pulled the strings and you danced. That’s how this game was played. The only way to win is by the rules. If you flip the chessboard over, roll a set of die, stick a king and queen of opposite colors together in the middle, flip a coin, throw down a Joker card, and yell “Yahtzee!”, no one counts that as victory, despite how liberating it may be to do so.
